『食物不耐』与发胖

你觉得所谓的『少吃多运动』已经不管用了吗?

经我的临床经验,我发现绝多数人并不了解『食物不耐』和『食物过敏』的关系及它们如何影响体重增加。

当我们吃下会使自己的肠道发炎的食物,我们就容易受到体重增加、皮肤疾病、抑郁、焦虑、关节痛、等负面反应。『食物不耐』导致的发炎性粘液分泌可能引申不必要的体重增加。『食物不耐』的反应不如『食物过敏』来的明显,一般经过三天才出现症状。它是IgG抗体介导的免疫反应。以上列出的慢性疾病多数是IgG抗体引起的。

与『食物不耐』不同,『食物过敏』 立即引起反应,甚至是危及生命的反应。普遍看到的是对花生、草莓和贝类过敏。这是IgE抗体介导的免疫反应。皮肤中心最普遍进行的是IgE检测。(注:十二世纪德国草药师Hildegard of Bingen修女把草莓和猪肉列为 ‘ 有害物 ’。)

唯一有提防食物过敏和尘螨过敏的方法是提高自己的防卫,也就是增强自己的身体。真正的敌人不在外而是内在的健康指数。
