Air pollution and our health

In my book From Leaf to Life (page 204), I wrote that chronic inhalation of harmful chemicals (which is obviously in the haze) is potentially very harmful to our immune systems. This is made worse with the dengue epidemic. It is associated with an increased risk of lung cancer and other neurological disorders.

The key remedies for the lungs and immune are hart tongue elixir, Phyllanthus emblica as in Phytolec, duckweed elixir and bertram (especially for dengue). Do invite anyone you know who is suffering from dengue to take bertram. Just this little act can save his or her life. Don’t be stubborn.

Have a good day.
