A daily colon cleanse

A daily gentle colon cleanse in the morning helps us to release both physical and emotional toxins and gives us the energy for a new day.

Here is a simple yet powerful way to detox in the morning:

1 Soak 1 tablespoon of flea-seeds the night before.

2 Drink the flea-seeds solution (take the seeds as well and add some warm water) together with 4 capsules of Phytolec upon rising. Drink another 2 glasses of warm water. Alternatively, soak the flea at least 6 hours before bed time and take the solution together with the Phytolec an hour before bed.

3 Flea seeds bind toxins (harmful estrogen, cholesterol, cancer causing chemicals etc)and excrete out of the body and heal leaky gut. The organic juice extract of emblica (Phytolec) purify the blood, strengthen cells and tissues, heal inflammation and binds heavy metals such as lead.

The above ritual together with a spelt & plant based diet and the anti-cancer drink duckweed elixir may prevent us from colon cancer, colitis and inflammatory bowel disease.

Try it and feel good for the day.
