Lower back pain & Joint diseases

I used to suffer lower back pain for years with only temporary relief from acupuncture and other body works until I changed my diet to more plant based and added herbs to my lifestyle. According to the doctor, the pain was caused by some bone spurs.
What is the lesson? Joint pains are caused by toxicity in the blood and in the joints. Without a whole person approach, relief is only temporary and the condition worsens as we age.

Lower back pain or any joint pain is one of the most common ailments suffered by many in Singapore. We often seek help from many spinal and manipulative therapies such as chiropractic and acupuncture. They may offer relief and even a cure but the root cause is caused by toxic metabolites, which in turn causes inflammation and degeneration of the cartilage and tissues.

We can treat existing pain with phytomedicine or nutritional medicine and prevents the condition by changing our diet, reduce stress, improve sleep pattern and incorporate blood cleansing herbs in our regimen. Herbs and nutrition can stimulate the body to produce collagen and tissue healing.
