Bring 300ml water to a boil
Add 2 to 4 tablespoons of spelt habermus
Stirr for 5 to 10 minutes with a pinch of galangal powder
Serve with virgin coconut oil, pumpkin seeds, slices of apples, seaweeds and a teaspoon of bertram or St Hildegard’s flu powder
