Have a Power breakfast : Spelt habermus

A healthy breakfast is important for a healthy day.
In addition to its nutritional value, a healthy breakfast should balance your blood sugar level, promote good digestion and protect your body from harmful bacteria and parasites i.e. immunity.

Spelt habermus is the original spelt breakfast inspired by the 12th century healer Hildegard of Bingen. Spelt habermus is spelt grain without the flour content. This spelt breakfast provides the body with all essential proteins, valuable carbohydrates, minerals and healthy fats, which protect our bodies from stress-caused over-acidity and infection.
