Dengue fever

The Straits Times (dated June 16, 2014) reported that the world’s first dengue vaccine could be used in Singapore soon.

Most dengue cases come from Asia. Frequent traveling in this region poses a higher risk. In addition, poor hygiene and air pollution (particularly in China) compounded the problem. Vaccination seems to be a good remedy against dengue. Yet any vaccine of any kind also carry potential side effects.

If someone has dengue, treat the fever as what I have taught most of you using herbs such as yarrow and Kneipp’s water therapy and fasting. There is no cause for worry if you adopt the right measures.

The best medicine is prevention. Please read my last blog article on Bertram.

Make herbs part of your lifestyle and you will reap the benefits of good health. This is why I put it as the 1st Sacred Letter of Wellness in my book Leaf to Life.

However, you must be careful in your purchase of herbal products or traditional herbal products and raw materials. I shall discuss more in my next blog article.

I will be away from 19 June till the weekend for a psycho-spiritual retreat. Have a blessed week.
