The secrets to anti-aging or rather healthy aging

The key to healthy aging is implementing a list of therapeutic actions, which helps the body to regenerate itself on a continuous basis.

The fact is: The body engages in ceaseless regeneration every moment of our life. This is why I stated this mantra- Our bodies need unceasing care as one of the most important Credos for health and happiness. For example resveratrol in red wine is useful for the regeneration of heart cells in animal studies and vitamin C is necessary for hormones’ regeneration.

I have taught many of you how to use red wine to create herbal drinks for the physical and emotional heart. So we are on the right track. It is always more therapeutic to take vitamin C from food and herbs. The herb Phyllanthus emblica as in Phytolec has a special vitamin C content that is heat resistant. This is non existent in synthetic supplements. When you take this first thing in the morning, it helps to cleanse and detoxify the colon and provides the nutrients for hormones production.

What are the therapeutic actions mentioned? They are the 7 Sacred Letters listed in my book Leaf to Life. One of them is Love.

Simply generating feelings of love helps to regenerate your cells and tissues. You will look younger and more healthful by thinking loving thoughts. One of the ways I have taught many of you is the heart-gratitude exercise. Gratitude, done without any expectation of returns is an act of love and compassion.
