Naturopathic health coaching

Listening to the body and the physical side of life is crucial to good health and also the spiritual way.
In other words, illness uses the body to express inner disharmony or conflict and gives the person a chance for a new life. For example many of our colds and sore throats are an attempt of our body asking us to rest, relax, and perhaps do more inner reflection.

This is why health coaching is a big part of my job and consultation. I can spend close to an hour or so to understand what your body is telling you. I don’t use a lot of machines to analyse your body. Our body is too complex to be analysed accurately with even the most advanced technological devices. Why? Because our being is body, mind and soul working together as the You. I find it very difficult to answer your difficult health questions unless I am given the opportunity to see you and start the health coaching process.

Unlike conventional coaching, a big part of my wellness coaching is to help you to listen to your body. I will discern – what is the message behind your eczema, allergies, headaches, cancer, insomnia, rheumatoid arthritis, depression? Getting rid of symptoms with medications without solving the root causes will only intensify or prolong the sickness in the long term.
Beside the above, my health coaching also involves health education. Examples are:

– Teaching a parent how to manage and treat children fever
– Design a diet pattern
– How to achieve inner peace
– How to deal with conflicts
– How to prepare kitchen medicine in your home
– Initiate lifestyle changes
– Teach stress management techniques and so on…

I am very pleased that many of you are appreciative of what I have done as part of your recovery. Your patience, right attitude, compliance, discipline and constant spiritual renewal will contribute tremendously to your healing and lasting good health.
