let’s be fruitful in the new year

5 I am the co-creator of life

In my book Leaf to Life, which is a manual for healthy aging and healing life, ‘I am the co-creator of life’ is one of the 9 Credos we need to internalize if we wish to live a fruitful life.

As we begin a new year, let us remind ourselves that we are not just one of the creatures in nature.

Each of us is endowed with a divine spark in us. Some called it the image of God, others may be Spirit within, vital intelligence, divine life force…etc.

Whatever name it is, you and I are not born for no reason. We are created to create value in our lives for ourselves, others, and nature (with all the plants and animals and creatures). We are all born with a healing purpose – to heal ourselves and others, in small and big ways.

You can do that!  Let’s us have a fruitful and healthful year.
