yarrow

Yarrow is an ‘anti-inflammatory’ herb and both cool and move the blood for wound healing. I often give either as a tea or a tincture to take prior and after a surgery to aid in wound healing. As the study shows, yarrow may be protective as it is a mild anti-inflammatory and possess wound healing properties not found in any drugs.
